Our state of the art gym was completely refurbished in 2015. We have over 50 stations of Precor Experience, Vitality and Discovery series equipment with separate free weights and stretching zones. 35 cardio machines means you never have to wait.

We think our gym facilities are pretty amazing. And we think you will too! We have over 50 pieces of top of the range Precor gym equipment, including cardio and fixed weights, plus free weights and a range of functional equipment, including kettlebells, steps, medicine balls etc.
Although it is not a requirement to have a fitness assessment, prior to joining and using our gym facilities, we do require everyone, at sign up, to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. However, we do recommend assessments/inductions, and these are included in all memberships.
Once you are a member of our fitness centre, our Personal Trainers are available for individual sessions and block bookings. Please enquire at reception for costs. All of our membership packages also give you access to our swimming pool and sauna at permitted times (see timetable), but classes are optional – please see our memberships for the full range available. We also timetable our classes, especially during peak times, so that we can ensure that the gym is never too busy to be able to access our equipment.
